These terms govern your use of alext.ai and the services offered by the studio. By using the services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

You agree to use the services lawfully and respectfully. You will not attempt to disrupt, interfere with, reverse engineer, or circumvent any security or access controls, and you will not use the services for any purpose that is unlawful or that would reasonably harm others.
Your account
If the services require an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or end access to the services at any time, at our discretion.
Intellectual property
The services, including their content and design, belong to us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. Any content you submit remains yours, and you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely as needed to operate the services.
No warranty
The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, alext.ai and the studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the services.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above. Your continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
